Knollwood Lakes

Knollwood Lakes is an upscale residential community of four hundred homes built in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. It is situated in the rolling hills of Gwinnett County Georgia midway between the cities of Lawrenceville and Snellville. The community is located twenty five miles northeast of Atlanta. Interstate I-85 can be reached in fifteen minutes. It has entrances from Webb Gin House Road and Scenic Highway (Hy 124).

Knollwood Lakes is composed of three well-maintained villages tied together by four beautiful lakes. The community has county-maintained roads with lighted streets and underground utilities throughout. Spacious well-appointed homes here occupy ample lots with mature trees.

The community is served by Gwinnett County schools – Grayson High School, Couch Middle School and Pharr Elementary School.
